I thought I’d list my accomplishments for the year, but I can only think of one…done with taxes. I Spring cleaned, organized my crafts and my closet, went through my clothes, automated my supplement ordering, started a small container garden, finished my butterfly garden and other such things.
I decided to change the way I eat, again. I spoke earlier about my weight loss challenge but haven’t had much time to follow-up. I’ve learned that the majority of overweight people have underlying issues that cause that weight. Some people are naturally skinny and I am not.
But that’s OK.
I started an experiment last Monday. I only drank Glucerna shakes, chicken broth and cream of whatever soups until today. I feel wonderful!
No more stomach cramps and other pain associated with normal eating.
But… There’s always a but.
I gained four pounds, ARrGggg!
This week I decided to change the experiment and go back to eating every three hours but drinking the broth and cream of soup exclusively.
I already know that I can eat every three hours and lose weight so that’s a fact. I did that several years ago and lost 70 pounds. I got the flu and gained 20 pounds back.
Eating something every three hours has been proven to stop your body from storing fat. So that is where my thinking is coming from.
I was the family cook until I decided to take care of me. I feel selfish but I have to do something.
So, check back next week and see how things went.
God bless and stay safe…
(I apologize for the choppiness of this post. I’m not myself today but I wanted to get back into my blog.)
